How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Industry regulatory disclosure requirements
To be eligible for a return, if our product doesn't deliver, doesn't work for you or it was not profitable. In order to request refund, you should use the product at least for 10 days. We may request to send an screenshot of your 10 days trading history.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and supporting documents regarding your claim and you must contact us via the email address where the order was delivered to.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info.4xkart@gmail.com to describe the issue you are facing.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your Paypal or Bank account which you have completed your purchase.
